The role of the pharmacist in diabetes management has grown more prominent with the increased number of patients and diversification of related medical treatment. In addition to pharmacotherapy support, pharmacists also play an important role in self-management education for diabetes patients to ensure optimal quality of life.
In this article, we consider the role of the pharmacist in diabetes treatment.
